Conventional electrical construction procedures can be costly, but by installing electrical components at the factory level using an integrated approach, can enhance project efficiency and maintain quality. Factory assembly of electrical components allows for precise trade coordination and reduces on-site installation time. We can integrate electrical components into our 3D models and fabrication drawings. 

Plumbing

Integrating plumbing into prefabricated systems ensures efficient, high-quality installations with minimal on-site labor. This approach streamlines the construction process and reduces waste. By installing plumbing components at the factory in the prefabricated assemblies, costly construction issues and schedule delays are avoided.  KDAT can include plumbing components with our integrated 3D modelling approach.

Mechanical

Conventional HVAC installation often can run into difficulties with placement after the structure is already in place, and this can result in extra bulkheads and chases to accommodate HVAC components.  KDA Technologies' modeling process can determine the optimal routing of these systems within the digital 3D model, and their installation can be undertaken at the factory.
